How can DOTI work with architects or space planners?
We have found that by getting involved early in the process, we can assist the architect by helping the client create a budget for their FF&E. We have seen situations where FF&E is not considered early enough in the process, and ends up getting compromised (along with the architect’s reputation) with last minute decisions as the project nears completion.
