• Go to column prefs. Select BED and deselect all other columns. Hit submit. • In the display options, select “output to .txt” and “hide column headers”. • Select your set in InSiPiD. • Save to disk. • Select “add custom tracks” in the main UCSC gateway page. Upload your file. • Make sure you are in the correct genome and build.
