How can Desi Fitness provide such great training for such a low cost?
At desi fitness we have spent a tremendous amount of effort in developing an infrastructure of exercise videos and instructions which we know are easy to understand and effective to use. Due to the low operating costs due to internet-based operational dynamics we do not have the oeverhead of the expensive gym training. This really helps us keep costs down.
