How can data from the quality indicators be used?
Quality indicator data will be used by RTOs to undertake continuous improvement processes and by state and territory registering bodies to inform each RTO’s risk assessment of the RTO’s quality, and inform decisions concerning the frequency and scoping of audits. For example, RTOs with high quality outcomes can expect less frequent regulatory intervention from a registering body.
