How can data be shared between project accounts?
Account administrators can share data with other project accounts if they wish. It is important to be aware, though, that the TraM system rigorously controls data discrepancy. Thus, if a researcher tries to enter data into the TraM system for a participant whose records have already been entered, the action will be blocked and a warning message will be given. If a participant happens to be studied by more than one research group, these groups have to make an arrangement to share this patients data instead of creating separate records within multiple accounts for an individual.
