How can customers change their personal preferences in the Kofax Business Interaction Server product?
Typically, a company already has an existing portal where users can define their profiles. Frequently, companies provide a web portal for their customers to enter their contact information..If this information is then stored in a database or user directory, the information can be used by Business Interaction Server (lookup feature is available in the Administration Console and Kofax Template Designer). Kofax Business Interaction Server does not install its own portal.
