CDCO management believes that CDCO’s customers should expect no less than the highest quality products and services at the most economical costs. Because of this commitment, CDCO contracts with an industry professional performance measurement firm (usually every other year) to compare the cost efficiency and performance of CDCO with similar data centers, public and private. Results of the FY 2009 performance measurement assessment resulted in an overall satisfaction rating of 4.27 out of 5.0, the highest score AITC has achieved in the ten years of conducting this survey.
