How can customer change the original sureLINK address to a brand new TeleEye Video server?

A sureLINK address corresponds to a single video server. If customer wants to change from one server to another, a new serial number should be updated to TeleEye’s database record. It can be modified after login and click “Associated Transmitter modification”, by inserting the old registration code, new server serial number and new registration code. The sureLINK will be effective immediately after submit.
