No. In the client’s sole discretion, they decide which customers to offer for factoring. After reviewing those offered, we advise our client which ones are acceptable. We do, however, require that all invoices due from any particular customer be factored. To factor some and not other invoices due from the same customer generally results in confusion for the customer. There are exceptions to this rule as long as we can make sure that it does not cause any confusion within the accounts payable department of the customer.
