ConFuels backs its gas delivery commitments to its customers with back-to-back “mirrored” contracts with large gas producers and interstate pipeline companies. When appropriate, ConFuels will assign remedies available to the company under these contracts to the customer, thus providing recourse to large public companies. A partial list of natural gas producers and natural gas pipelines has been included for your review. With regards to competing with large energy producers, many of the large producers prefer working with an intermediary who will accurately perform all of the nominating, balancing and monitoring for each facility. These large producers are adept at providing large quantities of gas for extended periods into the future. Many of them are not staffed to handle numerous field facilities and therefore they will eagerly enter into agreements which will allow “ConFuels” to monitor and aggregate energy consumption so that they may make large deliveries at fewer delivery points.
