By attending Clean Air Plan Workshops, which are open to the public. The days-of-the-week and hours-of-day for these workshops rotate, so check in with the website for upcoming workshop information. By attending these meetings, citizens can ask questions and give comments in any of three different methods: by speaking to that group, by submitting written comments during the workshops, or by sending e-mail comments at a later time. All formal comments are tape recorded, and verbatim transcriptions of the comments are provided to the elected officials during the following Air Improvement Resources (AIR) Executive Committee meeting. We encourage citizens to furnish electronic or hard copies of these comments to AACOG staff so that those can be included by transcription.
