2010-06-04 14:03:29 I want to change the color of the banner at the top of the page from its present black. Looking at the Style.css file it seems like it should be in the Logo & Banner section, but changes there (background-color: #003300;) seem to have no effect. Help? —Mwanner You are correct — it is there in the css. Without looking myself, I might suggest going to a wiki with a colored background and looking for that color in that site’s css.
