A. Easy! We do so by substantially reducing our overhead expenses. We don’t have a multi-million dollar office building with a huge mortgage or lease payment; nor do we have to pay insurance or property taxes on that building, or a large utility bill to heat and cool it. We do not employ a large salaried administrative staff with all those attendant costs. We do not have 15-20 phone and fax lines, and we don’t spend thousands of dollars a month to lease furniture, or pay to have the building cleaned, nor any of the countless other expenses that traditional companies usually have. But more importantly, we are not part of a corporate franchise. In short, we keep our expenses low so we can pass our savings on to our customers.
