Please note that the spam filter is current only available for email addresses that end in ccis.net or chesco.com or for commercial customers who’s email is hosted on our carriage server. Here is what you do to turn on spam filtering for your email box: 1. goto: http://www.chesco.com 2. On the left side of the page, click on “Customer Login” 3. Enter your username and password If your email address is billh@ccis.net or billh@chesco.com your username is “billh” (no quotes). The password is the same one that you use to check your email. 4. After you are logged in you will see the “Customer Snapshot” page. From here you can manage your account, view payments and invoices etc. 5. On the top of the page you will see a tab called “Emails”, Click on it. 6. You are in the “Assigned Rate Groups” page. Under “Rate Group” click on the link to the service you currently have. 7. On this page you will see your email address. Click on the link next to it. 8. You are now on the “Edit Mail Information”
