Checks that contain an auxiliary on-us field in the MICR line will not be eligible for conversion into ACH transactions (via POP or ARC). These checks are typically nine inches in length compared to consumer checks, which are six inches in length. Checks issued from any of your accounts using ARP or CDA services should not be converted if they comply with the KeyBank standard MICR specification sheet, since these checks do contain the auxiliary on-us field and are nine inches in length.
