How can biotic factors actually change the abiotic factors found in an ecosystem?

Biotic factors are the living things in the environment (plants, animals, fungi, etc) Abiotic factors are the nonliving things in the environment (air, water, etc) I would assume that the living organisms would take in a certain amount of water or oxygen/carbon dioxide from the environment and affect the amount of abiotic factors available. Hope this helps.
