Heat will draw boils to a head. Either a heating pad or a wet HOT folded wash cloth. Under very clean conditions put the heat on it to bring it to a head and with a needle sanitized in hydrogen peroxide, and sterile pads, break the top and gently press the contents out. Lay a Hydrogen Peroxide soaked bandage pad on it to protect it and continue gently pressing the contents out onto the pad. Then replace with a fresh one. Hydrogen peroxide will not hurt you at all. I have used the 3 % as a mouth wash for 45 years and have the healthiest gums ever. You can put it on a wound as an antiseptic. It will close small wounds nicely.
