If you still have customers with rotary dialer phones, that cannot enter DTMF input for menu-selections & input-states, enter your receptionist’s extension number in the setting: Options/GeneralOptions/OperatorSettings By the way, this same setting will help callers that forgot to enable DTMF on their digital phones PS. Pulse dial recognition is however possible within Axxium, but you will need extra firmware from your telephony-board supplier (e.g. Dialogic).
