I agree with you on one point: that just because something is legal, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s morally right. And vice versa: just because something is illegal, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s morally wrong. However, I think there is probably a logical reason that alcohol is legal and marijuana isn’t. I’m sure a lot of thought went into those decisions in Congress. Those guys aren’t stupid. They typically know what they’re talking about. Don’t try to make yourself sound smarter than them- they have a heck of a lot more education than you do. @ Dok: That’s probably just because a ton more people use alcohol than marijuana (simply because it’s legal). So obviously, there would be a ton more accidents involving alcohol than marijuana. I think if both were legal, or both were illegal, we’d see about the same amounts of accidents for each one.
