How can another field be added to an existing license?
When you have completed an additional area of licensure and would like to add this field to you current license, you must complete an application form. If you are applying for a teaching or administrative field, the college/university where you completed the additional area of licensure must complete the back of the application form. An original transcript in a college/university sealed envelope and the processing fee must be attached. If you complete this application at the same time that your current license is due for renewal, both applications can be processed for one fee.
