How can an official transcript be obtained?
Forms are available at Union Station; requests are also accepted by mail and by FAX to the Academic Center at 731.661.5187. Official transcripts carry a processing fee of $3 if mailed, $5 if faxed, or $5 if needed in person on demand. Advising copies (unofficial) are available to current students at no charge at Union Station. Only written requests can be honored because a signature is required for the release of transcripts.
