How can an offender be sure the information in his file is correct?
RESPONSE:When interviewed by an IPO (Institutional Parole Officer) the offender is allowed to contrast any information they claim is incorrect that is brought to their attention through the interview process. They are questioned on all aspects of their criminal and social history and all information not deemed sensitive or confidential is usually discussed with them. Every effort is made to allow the offender to provide clarification or explanations of any information with which they disagree.
