The investor is required to complete form AIM-03. Investors can submit AIM-01/AIM-02 at the same time as AIM-03, and units will be allocated as soon as the account opening procedure is completed. Payment should be in favour of CDC-Trustee Askari Income Fund. Cash is not acceptable.
