I need advice regarding a situation where a colleague has recently relocated to the US from Hong Kong. As she does not have her green card, at certain intervals she must return to Hong Kong for a while to renew her visa. However this is a hardship, as she has two young children she is raising. She has raised the idea to apply for a work visa teaching a specific form of martial arts that she is very active in, both in Hong Kong and the US.
