How can an eCube act like different types of food?
With the eCube you are checking the performance of the refrigeration in relation to a food sample. The size or consistency of the food is irrelevant. The fridge does not differentiate between the types of food as it is not trying to measure different types of food. Instead, it measures the performance of the refrigeration in relation to a simulated food sample.
