How can an applicant customize his/her resume for different jobs?
He/she needs to apply on different days. The resumes are “date” stamped but not “time” stamped. For example, if an applicant customizes his/her resume and applies for one job in the morning (March 11) and another job in the afternoon (March 11), the one in the afternoon will display on both requisitions. However, if the applicant applies on March 11 (Resume 1) and March 12 (Resume 2), the requisition will display the appropriate resume.
