How can an Admin set up a group so that they can read / see each others calendar ?
This can be achieved most easy with group-ACL’s. This method works not only for user who are currently members of the group, but also for user added later and its automaticaly removed if the user is removed from the group. To grant read access on group-level, go to ‘Admin / Group accounts’ and edit the relevant group. In the edit view click on the orange ball in the ACL column behind the calendar app. eGW will then display the ACL page for that group and the calendar app. Now you check read-access for the group itself.
