Ambiental is a Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) consultancy and as such, we work to facilitate and expedite the planning process for our clients. At every stage of the planning process, we provide our clients with advice and guidance on building design so as to reduce the risk of flooding. We have an excellent working relationship with the EA and work collaboratively to facilitate the development of sound and sustainable buildings in compliance with Planning Policy Statement 25 (PPS25) which currently regulates new development in the flood plain.
