How can agenTel be integrated into my existing data environment?
AgenTel has10 integration possibilities: • Integration by assigning contact properties (in IVR and E-mail routing server) • Emails-> integration via agenTels e-mail rules engine The built-in e-mail rules engine (wizard based or free PERL scripting) can attach data in the form of contact properties to an email.
