How can a user classify messages as spam or not spam, if the message was delivered, either Tagged or not Tagged?

Messages can easily be classified as spam or not spam using the plug-in for Outlook. There is no way to do this currently with other email clients unless the message is in Quarantine, in which case the message can be classified by using the Quarantine account.
