London can be incredibly expensive to live in, rent and house prices are higher on average in London than anywhere else in the UK, and living costs in London are amongst the highest in the world. If you’re serious about coming over research uni’s away from London as well, the rest of the UK is just as great as London and because we’re so small if you want to spend time in London you can hop on a train and within less than 5 hours on average be in the capital. York is a beautiful city, cheaper than the south and has masses of history, Leeds is a great little city with good transport links, maybe even look into going to Wales which is a gorgeous country. If your heart is on London I would recommend you do some serious research into the cost of living, the last thing you want is to be restricted by your finances. Good luck and if you do come over here I hope you enjoy our beautiful country!
