How can a Travel Agent make changes to a booking which has been Web Checked-in?

After Web Check-in, incase the guest wants to change his booking through a Travel Agent, it will be mandatory for the Travel Agent to have the check-in status changed to OK status. This change cannot be done by the Travel Agent but will have to be done by our Jet Airways counter.
