It sort of depends on what the issues themselves are. Maybe you should examine each one individually and see if you can work it out yourself. I’ve refused to go back to a shrink in years. Every time I do they just want to dope me up on drugs and tell me I’ve got about 6 different disorders and they eventually kick me out calling me too narcissistic to be fixable without medication lol I think they’re just stupid. All issues are fixable yourself if you can figure out the issue. For example. If you constantly think of yourself as ugly. (I used to literally have the urge to vomit every time I saw my reflection) Instead of worrying about your looks and how other people see you, think about what you personally like or don’t like about yourself. Not what other people see or would like to see just you, your own personal opinion of yourself. You’ll likely find that there isn’t all that much that you would like to change. (IE for me, I wanted to go from a size 20 down to something more reasonab
