How can a student obtain an academic transcript?
For students enrolled prior to January 2000, forms are available in the Registrar’s Office or here. Students enrolled after January 2000 may print unofficial transcripts or request official transcripts through the iSiS student self-service. Transcripts may be requested in person or by mail with the following information: dates of attendance, student identification or social security number, full name while in attendance, and complete address of where the transcript(s) are to be forwarded. UMass Lowell does not provide transcripts to anyone with an outstanding obligation to the University.
