How can a student file a complaint? Can it be an anonymous complaint?

0

Complaints may be filed by any student, faculty member, staff member, or administrator of the University against any student(s) or recognized student organization(s), by filling out a standard complaint form, available in the Office of Judicial Affairs, 310 Steele Hall, or you can download it here. Any formal documentation of the allegations, e.g., a public safety or police report, should be furnished at the time the complaint is filed. Anonymous complaints cannot be accepted. Students who have concerns about their safety in filing a complaint should immediately contact the Office of Judicial Affairs to discuss this issue. The Office of Judicial Affairs has numerous means of addressing concerns related to student safety.
