How can a stretch class be done at work?
Stretch class can be done in a relatively small area – all you need is the space of an exercise mat or a towel. And unlike working out, stretch class does not cause you to sweat so there is no need for a shower before returning to work. With a 45 minute class that’s as close as your nearest boardroom, you can fit it in during your lunch hour! • What is needed to attend a stretch class? All you need is some comfortable clothing that you can move in – no jeans or skirts, and an exercise mat (or something as simple as a towel if the room is carpeted). There is no special equipment or attire that is required. • Who pays for the stretch class? Unless otherwise specified by your employer, the employees who are attending the stretch class cover the cost of this service.
