How can a program registration be cancelled and refunded?
Please contact the ABA Service Center at 800.285.2221 to cancel your participation in an ABA-CLE program. Cancellations and refunds will be honored as follows: Cancellation policy for live webinar registrantsCancellations and requests for refund will be honored on the following basis: 2 business days or more, 100% refund; 1 business day or less, 100% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Substitute registrants are welcomed. Scholarship applications are available upon request. Cancellation policy for national institute registrantsCancellations received 5 business days or more before the program will receive a 100% refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after that date; however, substitute registrants are welcome at any time.
