Understand that just that information is not enough to locate a person normally in itself, but it’s a place to start. Basically if that’s all the info you have, you’re going to have to hire an agency to do a search for you. They will look up local registries of birth certificates and then trace any changes of address along the way to locate the person you’re looking for.
