How can a non-computer science McGill student get an UNIX account?

0

Currently, a McGill student can get a UNIX account at our SOCS system here by going to the Computing Centre (rm 200). The current charge for students is $50 for 6 months of access and for McGill staff the cost is $300 for 6 months. The account is exactly the same as the ones CS students receive, but you have no access to any of our lab machines.
