As of January 2007 the OSCP has been discontinued!! Please refer to this link on OTN for details on Oracle RAC Technologies Matrix (storage being part of it). Old Answer text: They should obtain an OCE test kit and complete the required Oracle RAC tests. They can submit the request for an OCE kit to ocesup_ie@oracle.com.
