Having started in business as a small Wisconsin custom builder, we are confident that our current clients receive personal attention far beyond what we could have ever imagined. When we were a husband/wife team with just a small support office, each of us had to constantly wear “many hats”, performing many duties. A small builder must constantly be on the go as they wear the hats of being a salesperson, an architect, a building permit specialist, a cost estimator, pay the bills, collect the draws, place their advertising, answer constant phone calls, handle warranty situations, interview new subcontractors, and yes, even go to the jobsite and schedule and expedite each job.
