How can a lapsed certification be reinstated?
If you have not been current for less than three years, reinstatement is possible by paying all back fees and submitting the CEUs for the years that are not current. If you have not been current for more than three years, certification status is automatically lost. You will need to reapply to the certification program as a new candidate.
