How can a gun store refuse service to a customer who is without mental or physical condition?

No, it’s not. You don’t have to purchase things from 1 place. Anyone that owns ANY store is allowed their right to refuse customers. Also the 2nd amendment is the right to keep and bare arms, not the right to walk into a store and buy what you want even if the store owner doesn’t want you to be there. Think of it this way, if you owned a gun store, sold a gun to someone, who 2 weeks later when out and started sprayin the airport, you and your livelihood (the store) would be on the 5 o’clock news. And it wouldn’t be good news for you.
