Foreign employees in overseas company’s representative offices in China can apply by presenting such documents (copy form acceptable) as Business Certificate, Employee Certificate and ID card, company’s name and address and contacting numbers, at least 2 months in advance. Registration is accepted on the strength of the invitation card (on the one-person, one-card basis) extended by the Fair and the documents required • Q: How many business people could share one card? Up to three business people from the same company can share one Invitation card • Q: If there are more than 3 people attending the fair, how could they notify the issuing institute of the Fair for an extra card? Please specify in your fax, mail or e-mail to us the number of people attending the fair so that we can arrange for accommodation. • Q: Does the Invitation Card guarantee entry to the fair? You still need to apply for an Entry Card once you get to the fair. You can obtain this from the Fair entrance.
