How can a firm send an EOI?
For TA projects, it is recommended that firms submit EOIs online through the EOI button under new and proposed projects in the Business Opportunities Section. As an alternative or complement, the firm can send it to the Director, Consulting Services Division by fax or mail. You may also send a copy to the Project officer listed in the ADB-BO. However, ADB’s Consulting Services Division gathers all EOIs received which it shares with the Projects Division. For Loan projects, firms should submit the EOI to the Executing Agency (EA) of the recipient country only. The address is listed in the ADB Business Opportunities.
