How can a customer access his/her invoices on the Internet?

0

Customers sign up with the company that they purchased merchandise from or that provided them with services. Each customer will be assigned a unique identification number at EBPS’s state-of-the-art Internet site, along with a password. The password may be changed by the customer in the personal information section of the website. Customers, utilizing their personal identification number (PIN) and password, can access only their own invoices. They can be viewed, and then paid, if the customer chooses to do so. If the customer is on an auto-pay plan (pre-authorization), the invoices will be paid at a pre-determined date each month. Payment may be made using either an ACH debit to the customer’s bank account or by a charge to that customer’s credit or debit card. Any information provided uses state of the art security to prevent misuse or theft at all stages of the EBPS process. How will customers know when they have a new bill? Every time an invoice is available to a customer on the EBPS
