How can a CitizenCourier prove he/she delivered an item?
The Contract Details page, which is reached by clicking the detail button on the View Your Contracts page, contains all the information the CitizenCourier will need to deliver the package (pickup address, delivery address, contact number, etc). At the bottom of this page, you will see signature on pickup and signature on delivery. We strongly advise the CitizenCourier to print out the Contract Details page, and make sure he/she obtains signatures upon both delivery and pickup to aid in any disputes that could possibly arise.
