How can a cardiac arrhythmia can cause a seizure?

There is relationship between syncope (fainting), seizure (epilepsy) and cardiac arrhythmia. Cardiac arrhythmia may cause cerebral hypoxia which may trigger seizure. Differential diagnosis is necessary. It is seen that some cases have been treated with implantation of a pace maker. Please note that I am not a medical professional.
