How can a Balikbayan become a dual-citizen?
You have a privilege carried by few, but you have to “hurry”. First, you are not saying anything about your present status with the Immigration authorities. A Balikbayan visa is normally valid for 1 year only. I suggest you go (with your mum or authorised adult rep.) to Immigration office in your town soonest possible and apply for dual citizenship. They will guide you accordingly. Do not accept help form any “fixers” that may roam around the area.
