HOW CAN A 16 YEAR OLD TAKE THE GED?
Compulsory School Age Attendance Law requires that students meet attendance criteria until the age of 17. The process of exiting school prior to 17 years of age will require contacting the current school of attendance and petitioning the LEA for a waiver.
